This website is owned and operated by Offsecrets Apparel LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Area
We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in dress photos and descriptions, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at no charge before it is dispatched. Once with the courier, our Return Policy applies.
4. Payments
We accept:
- Online Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Ziina, American Express, Google Pay, JCB, Discover, Diners Club international.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver within 2–4 business days across the UAE and the same day delivery in Dubai is applicable for the orders placed before 4 pm local UAE time.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available for the courier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Specifically:
- Returns allowed within 10 days.
- One free exchange per order.
- Following the first free exchange, a shipping fee of AED 25 applies to further exchanges or returns.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our product images or content for any commercial purpose without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Offsecrets Apparel LLC is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
