Refund policy

At Offsecrets we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new dress. If it isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help.

1. Return / Exchange Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Under UAE consumer laws, we ensure your right to return items that are defective or not as described.

2. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To ensure the quality of our dresses for all customers, items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags: All original tags and security seals must still be attached.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable: Final sale or "clearance" items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process (UAE)

• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@offsecrets.com and attach your invoice to your message.
• Once approved, we will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your address. 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your dress (usually within 2–3 business days):

• Approval: We will notify you if the refund is approved.
• Payment Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Store Credit: We also offer the option of immediate store credit for future purchases.

5. Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong size sent or manufacturing defect), we cover all shipping costs.
• Change of Mind/Size: For standard returns, a flat return shipping fee of 25 AED will be deducted from your refund amount (we do offer one free exchange per order, subject to stock availability).
